About Me

My Health Mission

Hi! I'm Kerry, welcome to my webpage.

My mission is to guide you to a life full of energy and a sense of well-being through education and support, inspiring daily habits and creating balance.

I offer easy, achievable ideas for you to incorporate into every day aiming for long term behaviour changes that last.

My Story

I have been a passionate foodie and experimental cook all my life. I have struggled with my weight, suffering from depression, insomnia, fatigue and fertility issues amongst other things. I was always trying the latest fad diet in an attempt to lose weight only to regain what I’d lost and more. In my early twenties, I finally decided to take control of my health.

I started by visiting a nutritionist who introduced me to the concept of Glycaemic Load and the amazing work of British nutritionist Patrick Holford. Since then I have devoured any information and research on healthy eating and lifestyle habits incorporating them into my life. This has led me to complete a Diploma in Nutrition at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies, from which I will graduate at the end of 2018.

I love being able to help people navigate their health journey. I have had fantastic feedback from friends and family who have asked me for help with simple dietary changes, how to navigate the marketing minefield of the supermarket and how to make nutritious lunch box fillers for kids and adults.

New research is discovered every day, it is constantly changing, evolving and challenging our current habits. Wellbeing is a very personal journey that is unique to each person, there is no “one plan fits all” solution. Individual needs change over time and it is necessary to approach health holistically, looking at lifestyle, exercise, diet, sleep and stress management, to discover what is out of balance.

My mission is to guide people to a life full of energy and a sense of well-being through education and support, inspiring daily habits and creating that essential balance.

My vision is to deliver practical ideas that can be incorporated into everyday life, creating habits that are sustainable with long-term benefits.
