What to expect during your initial consultation
We will go though in detail, your past and current health to help identify any factors that may be underlying causes of imbalance. We will review your pre-consult forms and diet analysis (sent prior to the appointment) along with lifestyle (sleep, stress and exercise), supplements and medications, and overall function of each body system (gastrointestinal, renal, reproduction, integumentary, respiration, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, nervous system and endocrine). In clinic consultations also include a physical assessment and blood glucose/urinalysis testing.
On confirmation of all inital consultations I will send you a health questionnaire and diet diary that require completion and return BEFORE your appointment.
In clinic consultations
Initial consultation - 75 minutes $240.00 (includes physical assessment and blood glucose/urinalysis testing)
Follow up appointment - 45 minutes $90.00 (includes re-assessment and re-testing)
Skype / Facetime consultations
Initial consultation - 60 minutes $190.00 (excludes physical assessment and testing)
Follow up appointment - 30 minutes $60.00 (excludes physical assessment and testing)
*Any additional testing or supplement purchases will be an additional cost.
*Payment must be received in full and in advance to secure the booking. 24-hours notice is required for cancellations and incur a 15% cancellation fee if not re-scheduled.

· Malignancies or neoplasms (of any type), except when the patient/client is under conventional medical care and the treatment is confined to lifestyle and dietary support.
· Psychiatric conditions where psychosis is the diagnosed disorder.
