Nutty Banana Ice Cream

Serves 4


4 bananas, ripe & frozen for at least 2 hours

2 tbsp milk of your choice, try dairy, almond, or coconut

1 tbsp nut butter of your choice, try peanut, almond or cashew

pinch of salt


Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend, scraping down the side every now and again, until nice and smooth. 

Serve this in a deluxe waffle cone or scoop into a small bowl or glass and sprinkle with flaked almonds.

You can eat this immediately as a soft scoop style ice cream, or pop it in the freezer, but not for too long as it will freeze into a solid block and you won't be able to get your spoon into it! If this happens, just leave it out on the counter to defrost slightly
