Ingredients:
180g pack of hot smoked salmon, flaked into smaller chunks
125g cream cheese or homemade labneh (see website for recipe)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp horseradish
½ tsp tomato paste
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
Method:
Add all ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth.
I love salmon and especially salmon pate but the supermarket brands are expensive and packed full of emulsifiers, thickeners and other additives that are unnecessary.
